Gregory L. Arnold

Gregory L. Arnold is peer review rated as an AV Preeminent lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell. He attended The University of Toledo College of Business Administration and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) Degree in management in 1977. He received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from The University of Toledo College of Law in 1980.

Following his successful completion of law school and the Ohio bar examination, he was admitted to practice in Ohio and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio in 1980, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit in 1981 and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1987.

His memberships include or have included the American Bar Association and its Litigation Committee, the Ohio State Bar Association and its Agricultural Law Committee, the Lucas County Bar Association (President, 1991) and the Toledo Bar Association where he serves or has served on the Judicial Candidates Committee, the Grievance Investigation Committee, the Grievance Committee, the Common Pleas Court Committee and the Real Estate Committee.

Mr. Arnold has served on Toledo's Board of Zoning Appeals, the Sylvania Township Zoning Commission, the Sylvania Community Improvement Corporation Merger Feasibility Committee and many other Toledo and Sylvania community groups. He has also been an instructor of Business Law in the University of Toledo's College of Business Administration. Mr. Arnold previously served for nine years as a member of the Ohio Supreme Court Board of Commissioners on Character and Fitness.

Mr. Arnold's general practice is concentrated in the areas of business and estate planning, residential and commercial real estate transactions and development and business litigation and is divided between private clients and public institutions and includes or has included Sylvania City Schools and Sylvania Township, Ohio.
